Grey and Parallel Imports are described as product imported directly into a country by a company or individual other than the manufacturer's authorised distributor in that country.

Position Partners Pty Ltd is the sole authorised distributor in Australia for Topcon Positioning Systems, PLS, MAVinci and APS. Position Partners honours all manufacturer warranties for products purchased through us or, for our construction product range, via our Authorised Reseller Network.

Position Partners Pty Ltd does not provide warranty or guarantees for grey / parallel imports. These include purchases made from overseas distributors that ship to Australia, as well as Australian sellers that are not a Position Partners authorised reseller.

Please note that products purchased from overseas requiring battery chargers and electrical components do not meet or comply with Australian electrical standards. You may be purchasing a product that will not function properly in Australia.

Position Partners operates in a global market place and the lines we represent in Australia are competitive in price. The cost savings of purchasing from a grey importer are small and the associated risks are high.
