Terms & Conditions of iDig competition Malaysia
- Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- All entrants must be 18 years of age or above
- To qualify, entrant must be employed in construction, earthmoving, landscaping or related field. Entries must be on behalf of a business or sole trader that owns an excavator that the iDig system will be fitted to.
- The competition runs from Monday 11th May 2020 to Friday 31st July 2020. The two winners will be contacted by phone and by email and once we have confirmed eligibility to receive the prizes, the winners will be published on Aptella website
- Strictly one entry per company. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
- Suppliers and manufacturers of tools or software for the construction and building industries are excluded from this competition. This includes employees and their immediate families of supplier and manufacturing companies.
- The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which, in the opinion of the promoter, includes objectionable content, tampers with the entry process, or that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
