At Aptella, our reach is as strong as our grasp. We know we can’t be everywhere at once – which is why we’ve made sure we can provide call-out support for machine repair, calibrations, and general troubleshooting from teams based throughout Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia.

Our service centres and support teams are located in all State and Territory capital cities across Australia. We operate bases in strategic locations in between these key cities to provide immediate deployment points for our fleet of purpose-built support vehicles. With over 100 workers in our customer service team – a large proportion of whom have 10 or more years of experience – we can replace damaged parts or deploy a hire unit with important calibration data almost immediately to get you back to work as fast as we can.

Every on-site support issue is different, which is why we’ve made our remote support system just as handy and accessible as our boots-on-the-ground operations.

As a positioning solutions provider, we obviously place a great deal of importance on how well our surveying systems operate for our customers. That’s the core reason we developed Tokara: our simple, handy, easy-to-use digital interface that gives customers a wealth of information on their machines and survey assets, with the option to connect with our support technicians remotely to provide fast, efficient technical support and training.

Tokara provides remote access via any computer or device with a Cloud-based backup system, enabling our support team to configure corrections services, program radio channels or frequencies, and advise you on undertaking complex tasks as part of the support process.

This way, we’ll be able to guide you through any questions you may have, as well as the process of getting your systems configured to a particular site and data set, while only needing to attend to you in-person for physical tasks, allowing you to get the most out of your equipment with only a fraction of the hassle.
