We face some difficult months ahead, however the construction industry is vital to sustain and rebuild our economy. Here’s how we’re here to support you

Our Tokara technicians are supporting you from their homes

Thanks to our award-winning remote access service Tokara, our support technicians are available as normal to work through any on-site issues you might have with your machine systems or survey instruments. Our centralised ticketing service and web-based Tokara portal means we are able to continue our high levels of customer service whilst keeping our people safe at home.

For customers on site, Tokara means you can all work safely and maintain social distancing because there’s no need to visit machines or survey rovers in person. Transfer design files, remotely access devices to update or change settings and more with Tokara.

All products are covered by the increased government tax incentives 

The Government has raised the threshold for instant asset write-offs from $30K to $150K, which covers everything that Aptella has to offer. These incentives are also now available to more companies, as the annual turnover qualification was lifted from up to $50 million to up to $500 million.

Although most companies are working to limit capital outlay and hold onto their cash reserves as they navigate these unchartered waters, now is a good time to buy given not only these incentives but also the inevitable price rise that will come due to the weakened Australian dollar.

Our service centres offer repairs, calibrations and more

To keep everyone safe, we’ve implemented shift rotations for our service centre technicians to enable us to keep working. Our larger workshops are now working two shifts, which means we’re at work from 5am through to 9pm and we offer contact-free pick ups and drop offs for your equipment.

Our warehouses are also working shifts so that we can continue to operate and freight products to customers.
